“If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm.” – African Proverb

Most people take their greatness, their ideas to the graveyard with them. The wealthiest place in the planet is the graveyard. Because in the graveyard we will find inventions that we never ever were exposed to; ideas, dreams that never became a reality. Hopes and aspirations that were never acted upon.

Champions keep going when they don’t have anything left in their tank. That’s the difference between the greats. That’s what separates them. When they don’t have no more. When it’s over. When they’re tired. When they’re frustrated. When they’re ready to give up. When they spent their last dime. That’s when they get started. It’s when you have nothing left. It’s when you depleted all your money. When all your energy’s gone. When you have nothing left. That’s when its show time. When you find a way out of no way. When you find breath that you don’t have. When you find energy that did not exist. When you want this thing as bad as you want to breathe.

“I try to always evolve through training. By training harder every day, the athlete naturally evolves psychologically. We evolve with time. We evolve with each fight. I’ve learned a lot from each of my fights.” – Matt Hamill

“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.” – Gail Devers

“The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That’s what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they’ll go through the pain no matter what happens.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

How comfortable can you be with being uncomfortable?

When you travel down success you’ve got to go through the road of pain. If it was easy everybody would do it. If you think you’re just going to get that business started without trials or tribulations, forget about it. You think it’s going to be easy? Forget about it! Don’t even try to be successful, it’s a wrap. It’s not going to be easy!

I want you to feel that pain going through your body and as pain leaves your body, guess whats going to take its place? Success! And so you’ve got to change your mindset. We’ve got to stop looking at pain as if its something negative.

Listen to me, if it was easy everybody would do it. No pain, no gain! But I guarantee you if you can outlast that pain, if you can get through that discomfort; I guarantee you on the other side of it is success! If you’re going to be in pain get something out of it.

Change how your mindset. Change how you see pain. I want you to welcome it. How comfortable can you be with being uncomfortable?
